- Raw Material Source: Primarily from discarded white bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases from hotels, guesthouses, hospitals, and laundries, mostly made of pure cotton or cotton-polyester blends.

- Processing Technology: The recycled bed linens are first sorted and quality-checked to remove severely damaged or uncleaned parts. They are then subjected to high-temperature cleaning and disinfection to ensure hygiene and safety. Finally, they are cut into different sizes of cleaning cloths according to demand, with some products undergoing edge stitching to prevent fraying.
